Our target market is focus on Asian country but we do ship to other countries that do not currently have distributors for the products we offer. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact our customer care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!   1. Indonesian Post Registered Mail (Standard)

  2. Indonesian Post EMS (Express)
    • Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days once shipped from our Fulfillment Center. After your order has shipped, expected delivery in :

Why does it cost so much to ship internationally?
Many internet retailers don’t ship outside of Indonesia because of the additional complications and cost of moving merchandise over borders (and oceans!). We are proud to ship internationally because we want all customers regardless of locale to be able to give, receive, and enjoy our products! Our international shipping rates are as close to our true cost as possible. Rates are based upon three things: order weight; distance from our fulfillment center in Semarang, Indonesia; and your chosen shipment option, whether Registered Mail or EMS.
The shipping rate reflected during the checkout process does not include import fees, taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, distribution fees, or any other charge applied by institutions and organizations other than MechanicalKeyboards.co.id. You are solely responsible for these fees and any other additional fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs agency for more information, as unfortunately we cannot quote these costs for you.
What about duties, customs, and additional fees?
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. What if my package is lost or stolen?
MechanicalKeyboards.co.id is not responsible for packages lost in transit. This includes international packages held, delayed or lost by customs.
